Step 1 – Assessment.  Look at the business from the perspective of the numbers, management expectations, and actual performance / customer experience.  Are there dramatic performance improvement opportunities, and how best to go after those opportunities.  An intense Secret Shopper program looking for significant revenue and profit improvement opportunities.

Step 2 – Performance Improvement.  Execution of a 120 day program, sometimes involving bartender monitoring technology, designed to achieve change in a positive, developmental process.

Step 3 – Performance Monitoring.  A check in process, sometimes utilizing bartender monitoring technology to insure results improvement is maintained and further extended.
